How to Open the Secure Lock of the Lanyard (USB-C to USB-C Cable)

1. Locate the Secure Lock

Find the secure lock located at the end of the USB-C to USB-C cable, where it connects to the lanyard loop. This lock holds the cable in place when not in use.

2. Hold the Base Firmly

Use one hand to grip the lock’s base (attached to the lanyard) to stabilize the mechanism.

3. Push to Release the Upper Cap

With your other hand, gently push or lift the upper cap to disengage the internal locking grip.

4. Slide the Cable Out

Once released, pull the USB-C cable end sideways through the opening in the lock. It should slide out smoothly.

5. Cable is Free

The USB-C to USB-C cable is now detached from the lock and ready to use for charging or data transfer
