Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from our website (www.Infinyty.ca) and must meet the criteria listed below. If you purchased from another retailer, please refer to their return policy and contact them directly for assistance.
Refund Eligibility Requirements:
The refund request is made within 30 days of receiving the product.
Proof of purchase (receipt or statement) is provided.
The original packaging, product, and included accessories are undamaged and in mint condition.
Refund Process:
To complete your refund request, you must return the product to our distributor. Please ensure the product is securely packaged in a box or bubble envelope to prevent damage during transit. Include:
A clearly filled-out return address.
A copy of the original receipt.
The product in its original retail packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you via email regarding the refund status. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days. In some cases, the process may take longer. If you have not received your refund after 30 business days, please contact us at support@Infinyty.ca.
Important Notes:
Products purchased during a sale/promotion or gift cards are not eligible for a refund.
All refund and replacement decisions are subject to final approval by Infinyty.
