Infinyty offers a three-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase on some Infinyty products.
If you receive a defective product or experience any issues, please visit our Contact Us page for assistance. This warranty does not cover cosmetic or incidental damages, nor does it apply to damage caused by negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions (such as dropping the product).
If your product malfunctions or stops working as intended, you may be eligible for a free replacement (Terms & Conditions apply). To request warranty service, please contact our Customer Support team with proof of purchase, a photo or video of the faulty product, and a description of the issue.
If the problem cannot be resolved, we will provide either a replacement product (new or refurbished) or a full refund. In some cases, you may be required to return the faulty product to Infinyty at no cost to you.
Please note that products without proof of purchase are not eligible for warranty service.

DETAILED LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
Infinyty guarantees its products against defects in materials or workmanship for three (3) years from the original purchase date. This warranty applies only to Infinyty products and does not cover smartphones or other electronic devices made by other manufacturers.
If a valid claim is made within the warranty period, Infinyty will, at its discretion, repair the product using new or refurbished parts, replace it with a new or refurbished unit, or refund the original purchase price. A refurbished product refers to an item restored to its original specifications. These are your exclusive remedies under this warranty.
Warranty Limitations & Exclusions
Except for the limited warranty stated above, and unless restricted by law, Infinyty disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Infinyty is not liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage caused by negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions. This warranty does not cover replacement costs for any electronic device (e.g., mobile phones) or personal belongings, whether inside or outside of the Infinyty product.
